Waste Brokering and Direct Vendor Contracting

On new service we can contract with the vendor directly, carry the liability ourselves, and handle the account from that point on. You deal with us and nobody else.

How It Works

Most of our work leaves your existing arrangement in place. We read the invoice, right-size the service and negotiate the rate, and you keep paying your vendor directly. That is waste consulting, and it has its own page.

On new service there is a second way to work together. We go out and secure pricing, either from the provider you were already going to use or from a different one, and then we contract with that vendor directly and carry the liability ourselves.

You sign a service agreement with us rather than with them. You get our invoice and no one else’s, and we manage the account from that point on.

The service still runs on the vendor’s trucks. What changes is who specifies it, who holds the agreement, and who you call when something goes wrong.

When It Makes Sense

This suits a site setting service up rather than changing it. A new building, a new tenant, a location coming online, or a business that has never had a formal arrangement in place.

It also suits businesses running several locations that would rather deal with one point of contact than a separate arrangement at every site.

If you already have service and an active contract, the review is usually the better place to start, because nothing has to change for you to see the numbers.

Benefits of Using a Waste Broker

A lower bill, because somebody reads it. Billing errors are common. A container billed at a size you no longer have, a rate higher than the one in your own contract, fuel and environmental and administrative charges that have drifted away from the market. When money comes back as a refund or a credit, it is shared the same way as a saving.

One number for everything. Extra pickups, container swaps, missed collections, seasonal changes in volume, a driver who could not get in. All of it comes to us. We answer 7am to 8pm, seven days a week.

Less to administer across sites. A business with several locations usually has a separate arrangement at each one, renewed at different times, on different rates. Those come onto one point of contact. For multi-location businesses, having one person who reads all of them is usually worth more than the rate itself.

We have run the trucks. We own our roll-off fleet and operate out of a five acre yard, so we know what the service costs to deliver and what a delayed switch-out costs you. That is a different starting point from reading a rate sheet.

Billing and Service Requests

Invoices are consolidated so you get one line instead of several. If you run several locations, they can be brought onto a single point of contact.

Every service request and every service problem comes to us. Extra pickups, container swaps, missed collections and seasonal changes in volume all go through the same number.

We answer 7am to 8pm, seven days a week.

Which Option Is Right for Your Business?

If you already have service and a contract, start with the review. You keep your hauler, nothing changes until you accept it, and it costs you nothing to find out what is in the invoice.

If you are setting service up from scratch, direct contracting is usually simpler. One agreement, one invoice, one point of contact.

Send us the invoices either way. The right answer comes out of reading them.

Scheduled collection, containers and equipment are covered on our commercial trash service page.

Send Us Your Waste Bill

It costs you nothing to find out what is in there. We answer the phone 7am to 8pm, seven days a week.
