Commercial Dumpster Rental

Roll-off containers for businesses across Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio. Ten through forty yard, delivered to your site, swapped when they fill and hauled when the job ends.

We own the containers and run our own trucks. When you call about a swap you are talking to the company that owns the truck, not to a dispatcher passing the job to somebody else.

Which Size You Need

10 Yard

Small office cleanout, single-room tear-out, and heavy material like dirt or concrete.

15 Yard

Roof tear-off, a one-unit turnover, or a mid-size cleanout.

20 Yard

Whole-unit renovation and restoration work. The general-purpose can.

30 Yard

New build and large renovation. The contractor standard.

40 Yard

Demolition and large commercial cleanouts with bulky, light debris.

Every rental includes seven days on site. After that it is $20 a day. Overage is charged at $0.04 per pound above the included tonnage. Full sizes and pricing are on the dumpster rental page.

How Commercial Rental Works

Tell us the address and what you are throwing out. We price it on that.

We deliver. Placement is agreed before the truck arrives, so nobody is moving vehicles on delivery morning.

Call for a swap when it fills. On a long job the container gets emptied and returned rather than the job stopping.

We haul it when you are done.

Who We Rent To

General contractors and remodelers running multi-week jobs that need more than one haul. Roofers, where the tear-off is heavy and the weight matters more than the volume. Restoration companies working to an insurance timeline. Demolition crews. Property managers and apartment operators handling turnovers. Retail and warehouse operations clearing stock, fixtures or a back room.

Repeat accounts get invoiced. You do not put a card in every time.

What You Can Put In a Roll-Off

Yes. Construction and demolition debris, roofing material, drywall, lumber, fixtures, furniture, general non-hazardous business waste, and dirt, concrete and masonry in the heavy sizes.

No. Paint, solvents, oils, batteries, tires, appliances containing refrigerant, and anything classed as hazardous. Ask before you load if you are unsure. It is cheaper than a rejected load.

Reading Your Waste Bill

A roll-off is for a job that ends. The container behind your building is a different thing. It is on a contract, it is billed monthly, and it keeps getting billed whether the service still fits or not.

We read those invoices. You sign a letter of authorization, we go through the bill line by line, and if we find you are paying for pickups you do not need or rates that have crept, we fix it and split what it saves. It costs nothing to look, and you keep your hauler.
